My partner and I are so glad to have found Bekah. She was beyond comforting and helpful the day our twins came. She went above and beyond what I expected. At one point there was a team of doctors and med students watching me like they were at the zoo and she pulled the curtain closed right in front of their faces. She protected my peace in any way she could! She herself was pregnant and stayed an entire day with me and put my comfort and birth first. As a first time mom, having twins, in a hospital setting, and with a strong history of trauma, I was so scared the day of my birth. Bekah is the sweetest most caring person and Doula. Her presence bring such calmness into the room. She’s willing to hop on the phone or text to communicate any concerns. She is wealth of knowledge in the labor and delivery world. She was the first one present at my home birth. My labor progressed quickly, and my baby was COMING when she got there. She was so sweet and calm, and it kept me calm. She kept coaching and talking to me so calmly to keep me calm. I felt fully supported with her there, even if my midwife was not able to show up on time (which she did get there right before my baby’s head popped out!) I had some post delivery complications, and she was an amazing help to my family and my midwife to navigate through that. She also stopped by to check on me post partum and help give some guidance and resources on latching struggles with my baby. And she kept texting to check in on me months after giving birth. Bekah is a wonderful doula! I would recommend her to anyone.

You may know me as the "fertility expert" who supports women trying to conceive and recovering from miscarriage. While this is still my jam-
God has led me to continue serving my people who get pregnant as their doula and advocate.
A bit more about me and why I'm so passionate about birth...
During my first two pregnancies, I lacked knowledge about childbirth and opted for unnecessary inductions. After complications with our second baby and three miscarriages, I longed for a different experience when we conceived our triple rainbow baby.
This time, I developed a strong desire to experience a natural birth.
When I was 31 weeks along, a series of events led me to finding a doula, and eventually switching care from a planned hospital birth to a planned home birth with a Christian midwife.
The care I received from my doula and midwife forever changed my life, not to mention the incredible 2 hour birth of my daughter in the shower (as pictured)! We also went on to have our fourth earthside baby at home as well.
I’m ready to share all of my experience as a hormone, childbirth, doula, and perinatal advocate expert with you- so that you can also have the pregnancy and birth of your dreams!

I don't actually live close enough to Bekah to have the in person services, but Bekah does a good job meeting with me on video call or messaging me to encourage me through my first pregnancy. She's helped prepare me with questions to ask my medical provider so I'm informed at appointments, as well as sending encouraging messages or videos to help remind me I'm capable of birth and what to be planning and preparing for.

FAQ
A: I am serving my Colorado Front Range Community with in-person doula and perinatal patient advocacy (PPA) services! My doula packages focus on spending a lot of time getting to know you and your husband and assisting in the birth education and planning processes, in addition to standard doula services of being with you in birth.
A: I am certified through Hartland University as a Childbirth Educator and Doula. I am also a certified Perinatal Patient Advocate. As a certified PPA, I am trained to speak for you, your baby, and your husband as needed in the birth room and bridge conversations for you with medical staff. This is very unique as most doulas are trained to not talk with medical staff. I get to be your voice, if you desire, so that you can focus on labor, and I can echo your labor preferences.
I am also a certified Hormone Coach through the FIAT Institute and as a FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) Educator. Having this combination of expertise in your doula is very unique and incredibly supportive!
I have additional training in vaginal breech birth and patient advocacy. I am the doula who WILL advocate for you and your wishes in a hospital setting.
A: I have experience with homebirth, birth center birth, and hospital birth. I have served in birth with twins, shoulder dystocia, water birth. land birth, epidural birth, and cesarean birth. I have served both first time moms and multips (mamas of multiples), of both Christian faith and non-religious belief.
A: Most mamas who don't hire a doula wish they did afterwards (including myself for my first two births)!

A: Birth is such a sacred space, and I agree that only the people you want should be there. I encourage you to set up a consultation so we can chat and see if we’re a good fit for each other and that we get along well! :)
A: The Childbirth Education Course is wrapped into your doula package. It is required for my clients to take this course, as it gives in-depth education regarding things to do in pregnancy in order to help avoid complications for labor and birth.
It also empowers parents with tools to learn advocacy skills for themselves. There are a few programs I will approve if you have already taken CBE or are an experienced birther, but the majority of my clients will be asked to do this course, for the sake of setting themselves and their baby up for the best birth experience possible!
A: Navigating the postpartum family planning season is quite a difficulty- even for experienced charters. If you are desiring to space out children and avoid toxic birth control (pill, IUDs, patch, etc.)- this is an incredible and reliable option. This package includes the 3 FEMM Sessions, a Bonus Postpartum Session, Postpartum Hormone Support Education, 2 Live Chart Reviews with Bekah, and voice message and email support with Bekah for 4 months.
The cost is $600 for this package. If you have taken Fertility Framework and need to sharpen up your charting skills for postpartum, please contact me.
I am highly passionate for families who go through the unlikely, but difficult experience of a NICU stay with their baby. My husband and I experienced this with our second born son, and it would have been so reassuring and helpful to have someone there to help us with the process.
These visits are designed to be supportive to you and your spouse. This could look like getting another opinion on how your baby is doing, and ways to advocate with the hospital staff regarding your baby's care plan. It can also include support in breastfeeding and bonding care.
Typically these visits are 1.5 hours and priced at $100/hour. If you did not hire me as your doula and are looking for this kind of support please text me at 405-777-1194. If I am your doula and your baby goes to the NICU, I will offer these support sessions to you to add on as you desire.
