Trusting in God’s timing is one of the most challenging aspects of faith. This can especially be difficult when navigating seasons of trying to conceive or healing from a miscarriage. We often wrestle with questions like, “Am I trying to control things too much, or is God guiding me to take this step?” Learning how to discern God’s voice is so important! It will help you grow in your relationship with Him and help you to trust in His timing.
I’ve had the honor of walking alongside clients in my Fertility Framework program, many of whom are new to Christianity. They often ask, “How do I spend time with Jesus? What does that look like?” Let’s walk through some intentional steps to draw closer to God. I hope this helps you find practical ways to deepen your faith and recognize His presence in your unique journey.
Let’s anchor this discussion in Scripture with Matthew 11:28-30
I want you to imagine Jesus crying this out to you…
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
My sister, Jesus wants you to come to Him. He loves you so desperately. You can’t even imagine it. Yes, YOU, He loves you! And this is what Jesus says to you because of His great love for you. His love is greater than how your husband loves you. His love is greater than how your mother loves you. His love is greater than how your father loves you. His love is perfect and He wants all of you. Jesus speaks directly to you through these words, inviting you to lay down your burdens and find rest in Him. Whether you are carrying the weight of uncertainty, grief, or unmet desires, Jesus is saying: “Come to me.” His love is greater than anything you can imagine, and He wants to walk alongside you, offering peace and comfort through every season.
